Dr. Carol Campos Rio, SWWEP, is a solicitor specializes in all major aspects related with Wills and Probate, including assistance with tax planning, trusts, estates, and will drafting in Spain and the UK.
Carol studied International Law and International Relations at Institute "Ortega and Gasset" in Madrid. Spain. She has Knowledge of International Relations, Commercial Trade, and EU issues, dealing with people in a multicultural environment. After qualifying as a solicitor she worked at the Venezuelan Embassy in Madrid, Spain, regarding important issues or conflicts related with the Commercial and Trade Department.
In 2003, she became an independent consultant in a broad range of private client work including Probate and Will drafting. She also has experience in the fields of Immigration and Inheritance law related in Spain and South America. Carol is now an associate member of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners in Lincoln, UK.
Saeid Mokhtassi, BSc (Hons) FCA CTA, originally obtained a prestigious scholarship from the Central Bank of Iran, enabling him to train as a Chartered Accountant in the UK.
Graduating from The University of Manchester with an Honours degree in Computer Science and Accounting, he then continued his training and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with international accountancy firm Ernst & Young. In 1989, he established his own chartered accountancy practice in South Manchester, known as Mokhtassi.
Saeid is a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2004.
